Parmigiano Reggiano - Great Italian Chefs


British Michelin star chef Russell Brown was fascinated as to how such an incredible cheese could be made from three ingredients alone and he wanted to learn more about the history and the making of authentic Parmigiano Reggiano.

We accompanied him to a tiny organic producer in the hills above Modena. He tells his story in Great Italian Chefs magazine.
