Michelin star chef, food consultant and author of the blog 'Creative About Cuisine', Russell Brown had never been to Emilia Romagna before. Not only did he not know the region, but he had never heard of the wines. We here at Yummy Italy offered him a unique opportunity: to visit the wine cellar of a tiny, boutique, award-winning wine-maker where he tried not only the 'officially bottled' wines, but where he also had the opportunity to try some wines reserved only for friends and family.
